This is what I believe it's going to be. I coulsn't disagree more from João because character is something that this wine doesn't need. It's not for anyone I think. You must have the mouth to embrace all those fruits and put them to work in your mouth. I must say, since the day I've tasted that marvellous Palhete still in the vat, I became a true follower of this, unfortunely for me, producer. I must thank him for having me in his winery because after a beautiful wine came a beautiful cellar. One of the best and again different from the rest.
