  Clear and bright pale lemon hue. Wonderfully fresh delicate yeasty nose of green apples and light flor, lightly salted almonds and even a little peach. Dry as a bone, light and fresh on palate with green and yellow apples and balanced acidity, with light spicy medium length finish. 15% Alc. Retails for about €5 in my local wine shop in Barcelona. Fino & Manzanilla are (for me) perhaps the most undervalued wines on the planet. Best enjoyed in the sun on a hot hot day.

  The bottle has been open for just on a week so the wine is starting to get a bit flat, even so it has a nose of green apples, flor and in the mouth acidity, flor, green apple and salty flavours. Long cleansing finish.
