Na boca limão, pequena nota de espargos verdes e um pouco de mineral ligeiro. Madeira suave e bem casada. Muito consistente. Bem elaborado e com boa complexidade. Aromas a lima, limão, laranja, notas de madeira bem integrada, tudo muito elegante. Na boca está muito fresco, de novo as notas a citrinos, boa acidez, leve travo mineral, tudo com corpo e equilíbrio. Gostei. Tudo indica que vai evoluir muito bem. Apesar de manter a nota, prefiro ao 2009. Os rótulos das gamas mais altas do Esporão, pela qualidade que nos habituaram, são sempre aguardados com grande expectativa. Este, da autoria do artista Rui Sanches, está na minha opinião menos feliz que em anos anteriores. Muito sóbrio, com cores pouco expressivas, acaba por desaparecer um pouco em prateleira. Is that a fair translation, or did I read that wrong? há 429 dias scott i just translated it (Portuguese > English) on Google translator and and the last 4 sentences do sound funny! Jorge is saying that the labels for the Esporão higher-end wines are always awaited with great anticipation and that this particular one (designed by Rui Sanches) is not as good as previous vintage labels: too discreet, inexpressive colors, doesn't stand out in the shelf and works better for the Esporão red wine.
