    This is the first Elbing I've ever had and for this price point - $11 - it is very, very good. Off dry, the longer it warmed, the sweeter it got - it was a very pale straw in the glass. Wonderful citrus, lemongrass with a floral orchard yard nose; you get wonderful abundant peach, lemon, apricot, slight white chocolate, a slightly schisty flint minerality and great acidity . This is primo summer vino. This is picnic wine - ham sandwiches, potatoe salad, cold pastas, sweet pickles, olives and more of that kind of stuff. I'm excited to find this. Only 11.5% alc!!! Paul
